There is a single Windows Store and you can have apps for all of these:

Windows 10 makes user experience device agnostic (no matter what the device is).
 
Windows 10 Universal Platform allows developers to reuse code and bring apps to Windows platform from other platforms.

Simply put,
  • Windows Store is One Store for all digital content
  • Customers can have 40 million songs from Grove, TV shows and innumerbale movies and well over 670000 Windows apps and Games
  • Windows Store is bult on Univesal Platform that supports frequent updates
  • Store has media-rich content, curated collections, recommendatons and more and the store organization is development in progress
  • Store supports debit/credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, app gifting, gift cards and even Bitcoin(only in US)
  • Enhanced App discoverability-Outside of the Store
Soon Windows SDK with go-live license will be available and will accept Windows 10 App submissions-both new and updated.

Deploying a Universal Windows Project to Lumia 950

We will be using the Lumia 950 as the connected device and it has been set to Developer Mode as described earlier. We start with the HelloWorld Universal Windows Project(UWP) that has been tested to run without errors on the Local Machine as described here. Open the project in Visual Studio 2017 as shown. UWP: Displaying formatted text in a TextBox Control

The entry you make in a text box control is of data type text and sometimes you need to format it as a currency with thousands separator while displaying. Also, if the number of decimal places you enter is more than 2, you need to round it up to 2 in the output. How do you code this in a UWP app? Create a UWP page starting from a Blank UWP project with three controls as shown. There are two text boxes and a button. You enter a number in the top textbox (txt1) and click the button, the formatted currency will be displayed in the bottom textbox(txt2). The app displays as shown. Now provide for a click event for the button and insert code as shown: Convert_1 The string entered in txt1 is converted to data-type double, it is then 'rounded'.
